A 12-week private coaching experience
The Polished Cage is for the woman whose life looks fine on paper and stopped fitting on the inside. Twelve weeks, just you and me, getting honest enough that whatever you decide actually belongs to you.

This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about building a life that finally fits the woman you already are. Twelve weeks of getting there, together.
Most of the women who find me aren't looking for a coach because everything in their life is falling apart. They're here because everything looks fine on paper, but something doesn't fit anymore. They've spent months, sometimes years, trying to reason with themselves, convince themselves, or guilt themselves into being happy because they can't point to one obvious thing that's wrong.
The relationship isn't terrible.
The job pays well.
The kids are doing fine.
Everybody else thinks they're lucky.
So they start wondering if they're the problem.
They're not.
Sometimes you've simply outgrown the life you built. That doesn't automatically mean you need to leave it. It just means you owe yourself the honesty to admit that it doesn't fit the way it used to. What happens after that depends on you, not on me.
That's what we'll spend twelve weeks working through together.
Before we go any further, I want to be clear about what this is. This isn't a membership, group coaching, or an online course. For twelve weeks, you and I meet privately, one-on-one. Every session is built around your life, your questions, and whatever you're bringing into the room that week. Between sessions, you'll have direct access to me through email, and when an email isn't enough, I'll send you a personalized Loom video to walk you through whatever you're sitting with. I keep my client list intentionally small because I never want anyone feeling like they're competing for my attention. When we're working together, you have it.
You keep asking yourself what the right decision is, but the truth is you've been asking the wrong question. The better question is whether you've been making decisions based on what you actually want or based on what everyone else expects from you.
You've gotten so good at being dependable that you've forgotten what it feels like to check in with yourself before saying yes.
You keep waiting for some huge catastrophe to justify making a change because it feels selfish to admit that "good enough" isn't enough anymore.
Deep down, you already know something needs your attention. You're just not sure whether that means changing your relationship, changing your circumstances, changing yourself, or simply giving yourself permission to stop pretending everything feels okay.
Most women don't need more advice. They need enough space to hear themselves without everybody else's opinions drowning them out.
That's why I don't believe in coaching that tells you what your next step should be. I don't know whether you should leave your marriage, stay in your marriage, change careers, move across the country, or make peace with where you already are. Anyone who tells you they know that before really knowing you is selling certainty that doesn't exist.
What I do know is this. When you stop abandoning yourself, your decisions start looking different.
Sometimes you leave.
Sometimes you stay.
Sometimes you renovate one room instead of burning the whole house down.
Sometimes you realize the house still fits; you've just been living in it for everybody else.
Sometimes you decide not to do anything today because understanding what's true is enough for now.
None of those choices are failures. None of them are more courageous than the others. The goal isn't to make the biggest decision. The goal is to make the decision that's actually yours.
The first few weeks are about slowing everything down. Before you can decide what needs to change, we have to figure out what's actually yours and what's been handed to you by your family, your relationships, your culture, your fears, or the expectations you've been carrying for years without realizing it.
Once you can hear yourself more clearly, we begin practicing what it looks like to trust that voice in everyday life. Sometimes that means difficult conversations. Sometimes it means stronger boundaries. Sometimes it means grieving the version of yourself you've outgrown. Sometimes it means realizing you don't need permission to want something different.
By the end of our work together, I'm not hoping you've built a completely different life. I'm hoping you've stopped making decisions from obligation, fear, guilt, or autopilot. Whether your life looks dramatically different or almost exactly the same, you'll know the woman living it is finally making choices she can stand behind.
For twelve weeks, we'll meet privately once a week for a one-hour coaching session. There isn't a script I'm following or a curriculum I'm trying to finish. Every session is built around where you are, what you're wrestling with, and what feels most important that week.
Between sessions, you'll have email access to me. If something you're working through would be easier to explain than type out, I'll send you a personalized Loom video so you don't have to wait until our next conversation to get unstuck.
You'll also receive a guided workbook that we'll use throughout our time together. It isn't busywork or a collection of journal prompts. It's where you'll organize your thoughts, notice your patterns, capture your insights, and practice what we're talking about between sessions. By the end of the twelve weeks, you'll leave with more than memories of our conversations. You'll have something you can continue coming back to whenever life asks you to make another difficult decision.
Weekly 1:1
Twelve private one-hour sessions, online, built around your life.
Between-session access
Email access plus personalized Loom videos when you're stuck.
A guided workbook
Yours to keep and return to, long after we're done.
Five women at a time
A small, intentional cohort so you always have my full attention.
I'm opening this experience to a very small founding group while I continue shaping it into the flagship coaching experience I want it to become. That means you'll receive the founding rate, the lowest price this program will ever be offered, and I'll receive something just as valuable in return: your honest feedback about what worked, what didn't, and what made the biggest difference.
I only work with five women at a time because I don't believe this kind of work should feel rushed. I want to remember your story. I want to notice the patterns you're missing. I want to remember the conversation you had with your mother two weeks ago because it still matters today. That's the kind of attention I want every woman to experience, and I can't do that if I'm trying to coach dozens of people at once.
If you're looking for someone to make your decisions for you, I'm probably not the right coach.
If you're ready to stop abandoning yourself while you make them, I'd love to work with you.

No. This is coaching, not mental health treatment. I'm a licensed therapist, and that background absolutely informs how I work, but this isn't therapy. I won't diagnose you, treat mental health conditions, or provide clinical care through this program. If I think therapy would better serve you, I'll tell you that honestly.
No. This is completely private. For twelve weeks, you and I work together one-on-one. Every session is focused on your life, your goals, and the questions you're trying to answer.
We'll meet once a week for twelve weeks. Each session lasts one hour and is held online.
You'll have email access to me throughout our time together. If something you're working through is easier to explain than type out, I'll send you a personalized Loom video response. That way you don't have to wait until our next session if you're feeling stuck.
Yes. You'll receive a guided workbook that we'll use throughout the twelve weeks. It isn't busywork or generic journal prompts. It's designed to help you continue the work between sessions and give you something you'll still come back to long after we're finished.
No. I know that's probably different from what you've seen elsewhere, but I don't believe my job is to decide your life for you. Whether you're questioning a relationship, a career, your identity, or something else entirely, my role is to help you hear yourself clearly enough to make decisions you can actually stand behind.
That's a completely valid outcome. Sometimes the biggest shift is realizing your feelings make sense. Sometimes clarity leads to action. Sometimes it leads to patience. Sometimes you decide now isn't the right time to make a change, and that's still a decision. This isn't about blowing your life up. It's about making conscious choices instead of living on autopilot.
This is for women who feel like something no longer fits, even if they can't fully explain why. If you've spent years taking care of everyone else, talking yourself out of your own feelings, or wondering whether you're asking for too much, you'll probably feel at home here.
I only work with five women at a time. Keeping my client list intentionally small allows me to give every woman the attention this work deserves.
That depends on you. Some women leave feeling like they have exactly what they need. Others may choose to continue working together if space is available. When The Lounge opens, it'll also be an option for women who want ongoing support and community after our work together.
Five founding seats. I read every application personally.
