No. This is coaching, not mental health treatment. I'm a licensed therapist, and that background absolutely informs how I work, but this isn't therapy. I won't diagnose you, treat mental health conditions, or provide clinical care through this work. If I think therapy would better serve you, I'll tell you that honestly.
Everything happens online, so where you live doesn't matter. We can work together wherever you are.
